CIMWorks Wire EDM
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CIMWorks Wire EDM CAM software ("Software"), an add-in for SOLIDWORKS, provided by CIMTechnology, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
2. License & Usage

The Software is installed locally on your computer and operates as an add-in within SOLIDWORKS.

A valid subscription is required to activate and use the Software.

The license is tied to a specific computer upon activation and cannot be transferred without prior authorization.

The Software requires a Windows operating system and will not function on other platforms.

Each subscription is intended for a single machine. Excessive or fraudulent reactivations may result in account suspension or termination."
3. Restrictions
You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software.

Resell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the Software.

Bypass licensing mechanisms or share access credentials.

Use the Software for unlawful purposes.
4. Subscription & Payment

The Software is licensed on a subscription basis (monthly or annual).

Licenses are tied to a specific computer upon activation.

You must ensure your billing details remain accurate.

Failure to pay for a renewal may result in suspension of access.

5. Updates & Support

Updates and bug fixes are included as part of your active subscription.

Major feature upgrades may be introduced at the Company’s discretion.
6. Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated materials remain the intellectual property of CIMTechnology, LLC.

Your CAD models and data remain your property.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss of business, profits, or data due to Software use or inability to use.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.
9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease using the Software.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA.
11. End User License Agreement (EULA)
By using the Software, you also agree to the End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs software licensing, usage restrictions, and intellectual property rights. In case of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the EULA, the EULA takes precedence regarding software usage.
