1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

If the Software fails to function on a properly configured system, despite reasonable troubleshooting.

If requested within 30 days of purchase for any reason.

Other refund requests (e.g., accidental purchase, buyer’s remorse) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support at randall@solidtogcode.com with:

Your purchase details (order number, email used).

A description of the issue.
3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be fully refunded within 7–10 business days.

If beyond the 30-day window, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if the Software is working as intended and the issue is due to user error or system incompatibility.

Refunds will not be provided for expired subscriptions or failure to cancel before renewal.
