Refund Policy

CIMWorks Wire EDM

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • If the Software fails to function on a properly configured system, despite reasonable troubleshooting.

  • If requested within 30 days of purchase for any reason.

  • Other refund requests (e.g., accidental purchase, buyer’s remorse) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support at randall@solidtogcode.com with:

  • Your purchase details (order number, email used).

  • A description of the issue.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be fully refunded within 7–10 business days.

  • If beyond the 30-day window, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds will not be issued if the Software is working as intended and the issue is due to user error or system incompatibility.

  • Refunds will not be provided for expired subscriptions or failure to cancel before renewal.
